The Spiritist Group of Connecticut (SGCT) is an educational non-profit group committed to the studying of Spiritism. We study the doctrine of Allan Kardec and the relationship between the material world and the spiritual one in order to better understand the purpose of life. We are committed to the dissemination of the Spiritist teachings as a means to raise spiritual awareness in our community. We welcome everyone without distinction to sex, race, religion or nationality.

What is Spiritism?

It answers the profound questions…

Where do we come from?
What are we doing here?
Where are we going to?

Spiritism is a science, a philosophy and a religion all at once. It teaches us about our eternal lives, as spirits created by God including; our origin and the process of evolution through reincarnation, our relationship and means of communication with God and the discarnate beings of the spirit realm, and the moral and physical laws that govern life.

Spiritism brings all aspects of life together, like the pieces of a puzzle. Everything falls into place!
